What is Narration?
By adding professional Narration, the Movie Tour takes on the quality of TV commercials giving you the opportunity to make sure prospective home buyers hear key property features. If Narration is ordered, you will provide the script for each photo during the order process. The script will be professionally recorded and added to your Movie Tour.

What is Agent Branding and can I use it for the MLS?
Agent Branding (FREE) helps you to build recognition by displaying your photo, logo, and contact information with the tour for immediate access. Some MLS’s require that this branding information be absent from the listing and its virtual tour. For this reason you will always receive the “unbranded” link as well. Realtor.com does allow use of the branded tour.

Why should I choose your service?
Movie Tours grab the attention of buyers longer and load faster than 360-degree tours. Additionally, these very affordable tours save you time by allowing you to use photos you may already have and you receive your tour links immediately!

What are the photo requirements?
You can use up to 20 photos for your Movie Tour in either
orientation (portrait or landscape). They can be in .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .tiff,
or .png format which are common picture file types. We recommend that you
use the following tips for reducing each picture file size to less than
500K to help your photos upload faster. If these tips cannot be followed,
you may experience longer upload time.
TIP 1: Photographs may be taken at a minimum resolution of 640 x 480 pixels with Fine or Best quality and print size of 3.5” x 2.5”. However, if you plan to print 4” x 6”, set your camera resolution to at least 1024 x 768 pixels and Fine or Best quality. These settings are controlled through your camera menu. |

How does my tour get posted to the MLS?
You will receive a link that you can add to the MLS listing. Some MLS’s require pre-approval of a virtual tour to ensure unbranded formatting. If you would like us to initiate the pre-approval process you may supply us with MLS information on the order form. If the MLS information is provided, your order confirmation will describe the status of this MLS pre-approval and where permitted, we make arrangements for automatic inclusion of Movie Tours to your listing as part of our commitment to provide superior service to you.
